Epic Autokoulu Oy and Someron Autokoulu Oy have completed a transaction on 16 November 2020, which will transfer the driving school operations of Someron Driving School in Somero to Epic Autokoulu Oy. As a result of the transaction, the company's market share will increase even further in Southwest Finland.
The transaction will have a negative impact of approximately 1.0% on the company's net sales.
